I want my customers to be happy so Please read these policies before making a purchase.
All sales are final. No returns or refunds.
If in an unlikely case the piece is damaged during shipping, please don't throw away the package and send me an e-mail with a photo of the damaged piece & package within 24 hours upon receiving.
All parcels are shipped with FedEx or DHL.
Once the parcels are in the hands of DHL or FedEx , we ask that you keep an eye on your parcel and estimated delivery times through the link that is sent in your emails.
NIMA cannot control the post once it leaves our hands. Please follow up on your tracking nr. We cannot take responsibility for missing or stolen parcels.
°Items will be shipped within two weeks after payment is received.
°All international recipients are responsible for duties & taxes upon delivery. Some countries may require in-person pickup or charge fees before releasing your package. The customer is responsible for any custom fees.
